Having lived in New York her entire life, Rosemarie Barnes relocated to beautiful Dutchess County in 1991 with her husband. Since then, she has graduated from the Empire School of Real Estate in Yonkers, continued extensive training through the Real Estate Learning Center in Poughkeepsie and received her Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation from the New York State Association of Realtors. As a benchmark of excellence in buyer agency service, the ABR designation demonstrates to clients that the agent has taken steps to continue her education and has proven experience and training to deliver ethical and professional service to real estate buyers. A member of the Dutchess County Association of Realtors, the New York State Association of Realtors, the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council, and the Dutchess and Westchester/Putnam Multiple Listing Service, Rosemarie was awarded the Realtor Recognition Award for 2004.
